The ak77 platform supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and other popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and minimum and maximum limits may apply where relevant. Deposited funds may only be used for designated activities on the platform and may not be transferred to third parties. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. In cases of fraudulent payments or chargeback claims, ak77 reserves the right to investigate the associated account and suspend it if necessary. Users are required to use payment methods registered in their own name; using another person's payment method is a violation of the terms and conditions.
The ak77 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and ak77 shall not be liable for any damages arising from technical errors, server outages, or failures of third-party services. The platform bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from users' own decisions. If a session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues, the user bears sole responsibility. Any disputes will first be addressed through our support team, with both parties committed to an amicable resolution. If unresolved, the applicable laws and judicial system of Bangladesh will be followed.
